TMS Morning Fitness Club on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We are excited to launch the first TMS Fitness club in the gym every morning for students in K through to 8th grade. Doors open at 7:30AM and average over 35 students each day to play fun games, work on their fitness, coordination and agility. Using a variety of programs such as Nike SPARQ, High Intensity Interval Training, and aerobic exercises. Students go through stations every 4-5 minutes working on a variety of Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness activities.
Students do not need to sign-up, just show up ready to move and get an energetic start to the day.
We are up to 35 to 40 students a day coming to the gym for their 25 minute wake-up call and we may need assistance with supervision and set-up. If you can help, please email me at [email protected]
Some students have asked about the music we have been playing. Here is a sample of some of the songs played (all appropriate and child safe). I use an app called FitRadio which takes songs and adds a faster beat.
